The Days of Our Lives weekly spoilers for September 14-18 promise even more drama in Monte Carlo, where Philip finds himself caught in a dangerous poker showdown involving Sydney and Dante Vitali.
Philip has a great deal riding on the outcome of the game, although the week appears to bring at least one positive development that gives him and Gabi a reason to celebrate together. Meanwhile, the questions surrounding Dominic Marino only become more complicated as EJ and Chad continue searching for information about the mysterious man. Johnny begins feeling increasing pressure to make a dramatic decision, while Theo remains unable to dismiss his doubts about his cousin. And before the week is over, Sydney makes a move that catches her father completely off guard.

Monday, September 7, 2026 – Episode #15460
Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) was furious when she discovered that Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) had been looking after Kelsey (Lena and Mira Chase), allowing Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) to spend the night with Stephanie (Abigail Klein). When Alex came by to see her, Joy presented him with custody documents containing a strict condition: Stephanie had to remain at least 10 feet away from Kelsey for no less than one year. Alex immediately pushed back against the demand, but Joy refused to back down. She warned him that if anything happened to her and he failed to accept the arrangement, she would make sure Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) received custody instead. Faced with the threat, Alex finally signed the documents. Stephanie was deeply hurt when she later learned what he had agreed to.
Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) became increasingly wary of Johnny (Carson Boatman) after Johnny insisted that he wanted to meet privately with George O’Halloran (Michael Rose). In the end, Johnny allowed Theo to deal with George while he stayed with Chanel (Raven Bowens) during her chemotherapy appointment. Paulina (Jackée Harry) was annoyed when Johnny arrived late. Marlena (Deidre Hall), meanwhile, suddenly remembered seeing a Celtic cross on a blanket during the time she had spent on Stefano’s (Joseph Mascolo) island. That memory later pushed her to confront Johnny about the fact that he had clearly been avoiding her.
Johnny admitted that Marlena was right, but he explained that he couldn’t reveal the reason because doing so might put EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) in danger. He assured her there was no reason to panic and insisted that he had the situation under control. Elsewhere, Abe (James Reynolds) unexpectedly encountered Paulina in Horton Town Square. Paulina acknowledged the pain Abe had suffered after losing Lexie (Nikki Crawford) and apologized for never sending him a sympathy card. Abe admitted that Paulina had been on his mind and asked whether she had ever thought about him as well. The question was more than Paulina was prepared to handle, and she quickly walked away.
Tuesday, September 8, 2026 – Episode #15461
Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) approached Kate (Lauren Koslow) and asked her to arrange for Ari (Vico Escorcia) to lose her internship at DiMera. Kate agreed to help, but in return she asked Gabi to keep a close watch on Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) during their upcoming trip. Kate feared that Philip might make some reckless decision in his desperation to save Titan. Gabi promised she would look out for him. Meanwhile, Leo (Greg Rikaart) discovered that Kate had officially become his new boss.
Kate told Leo that she wanted him to launch a podcast. Gwen (Emily O’Brien) later explained to Leo that she planned to join forces with EJ by becoming involved with the hospital. Leo immediately warned her that the entire idea sounded like a catastrophe waiting to unfold. EJ contacted Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) and told her that he had traveled to Italy to meet Sydney (Sydney Malakeh), only to eventually find out that Sydney wasn’t actually there.
Cat admitted that she missed him, which caused EJ to remember her confession involving the ISA. Chad (Conner Floyd) and Belle (Martha Madison) ran into trouble with their investigation, so they briefly decided to enjoy the romantic atmosphere around them instead. Their peaceful moment ended when EJ arrived and ruined the mood. Chad told him he should return to Salem, but EJ refused. Later, Chad and Belle gave in to their growing attraction and ended up sleeping together. Gwen and Cat also spent time catching up on the latest developments, with much of their conversation revolving around EJ. Gabi eventually joined them.
Gabi revealed that she and EJ had once been involved romantically and explained that EJ had previously used Ari as part of a plan to steal one of Gabi’s newest Gabi Chic handbag designs. Leo then arrived, and Gabi shared his suspicion that DiMera Enterprises might be connected to questionable business activities. Cat challenged both Leo and Gabi to provide actual evidence. EJ, meanwhile, phoned Rita (Maggie Carney) to ask whether his missing ring had been located. Rita claimed that it had not. Soon afterward, however, an envelope containing EJ’s ring was delivered to the mysterious man seated beside Stefano’s photograph and chessboard. The stranger calmly placed the ring on his finger.
Wednesday, September 9, 2026 – Episode #15462
Kayla encouraged Stephanie not to abandon her marriage to Alex so quickly, but her words failed to change Stephanie’s mind. Stephanie remained overwhelmed by everything that had happened and began wondering whether her relationship with Alex was simply destined to fail. Alex and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) were nearby when Joy regained consciousness after surgery. Sarah reassured Joy that the procedure had gone exactly as planned. While recovering, Joy imagined an alternate life with Alex set in the 1980s, where the two learned that Kelsey was going to become an older sister. Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla took care of Kelsey so Alex and Stephanie could have a private conversation. Their discussion was abruptly interrupted when Kayla examined Joy and discovered that Joy could no longer feel her legs. Joy immediately panicked while Alex stayed at her side. Kayla cautioned that the paralysis might not be permanent. Steve later told Brady (Eric Martsolf) that Johnny was apparently responsible for leaving the message that read “arsenic for Sarah” (Linsey Godfrey).
Together, they reviewed hospital security footage showing Johnny. George angrily confronted Johnny for forcing him to meet privately with Theo and reminded him that he had no intention of taking responsibility for the contaminated Coriseal scandal. Xander (Paul Telfer) crossed paths with Sarah at the Brady Pub, where both admitted that they wished events involving Titan and the estate had unfolded differently. Xander later left to visit Johnny, and the two men found unexpected common ground while discussing their roles as fathers.
Johnny apologized for the damage EJ had caused Titan, while Xander expressed regret about the plagiarism controversy. Xander encouraged Johnny to protect Chanel and his children no matter what happened. Brady later told Sarah about Johnny’s involvement in hiding the Coriseal problem, along with Johnny’s efforts to help save Holly (Ashley Puzemis). Brady and Sarah agreed that DiMera Pharmaceuticals needed to face serious pressure.
Thursday, September 10, 2026 – Episode #15463
In Monte Carlo, Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Gabi finally arrived at the casino. Gabi admitted that Kate had been concerned about Philip and had specifically asked her to keep him out of trouble. Both were stunned when they spotted Sydney there as well. Sydney explained that Sami’s (Alison Sweeney) fiancé, Dante Vitali (Franco LoPresti), was running the poker game and had secured her a place at the table in return for a percentage of any money she won.
Philip, Gabi, and Sydney quickly agreed that none of them would reveal their involvement in the poker game. Back in Salem, Ari grew closer to Mason (Brandon Butler), at least until she found out how he had treated Holly. Once Ari discovered that Mason had worked alongside Marlena at a mental health crisis hotline, she confronted him and demanded an explanation. Mason confessed that Holly had hurt someone who mattered deeply to him.
Marlena and Kate connected as Kate adjusted to her new position at The Spectator. Ari then learned that she had been dismissed from her DiMera internship and told Kate and Marlena what had happened. When Ari blamed herself, Kate was overcome with guilt, although she tried to reassure Ari that losing a job was simply part of the realities of corporate life. Elsewhere, Leo managed to persuade Javi (Jacob Martinez) to give their friendship another opportunity.
Javi was surprised to discover that Leo had gone to Gabi for both advice and information about him. Tate (Leo Howard) and Holly later headed toward the lake hoping to enjoy themselves after Holly experienced yet another uncomfortable encounter with Mason. Their relaxing outing suddenly became unsettling when Holly received a text message from an unknown number asking, “Are you having fun?”
Friday, September 11, 2026 – Episode #15464
Gwen told Leo that her effort to gain control of the hospital had failed after Rafe (Galen Gering) gave the board a letter outlining her past schemes with EJ. Gwen demanded to know whether Leo had told anyone else about the letter. Leo immediately remembered accidentally mentioning it to Cat. At the same time, Rafe updated Cat about what had happened with Gwen. Cat admitted that she was worried she might have damaged her undercover position with EJ after revealing that she had once worked with the ISA.
EJ refused to answer Cat’s call, making her fears even worse. Gwen then confronted Rafe, who openly enjoyed the fact that her hospital plans had collapsed. Rafe confidently claimed that he was getting closer to finally bringing EJ down. Leo later challenged Cat over the missing letter, although she denied having anything to do with it. Leo also tried to persuade Cat to share information about DiMera as part of his plan to expose counterfeit Gabi Chic products, but Cat refused to provide him with anything useful. Meanwhile, Xander began packing his belongings at his Titan office when Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) unexpectedly arrived.
Their conversation turned emotional as they discussed Xander’s love for Sarah and how much he had changed over the years. Maggie told him that she was proud of the man he had become. Xander admitted that Sarah was the only woman he could ever truly love and confessed how devastated he had been after overhearing Sarah tell Brady that she loved him.
Rita later updated EJ, confirming that Cat’s ISA history appeared legitimate, Gwen’s attempt to gain control of the hospital had officially been rejected, and the sale of the Kiriakis estate had been finalized. EJ reacted with fury. Chad and Belle, meanwhile, received a mysterious dinner reservation. When they researched it, they uncovered three additional clues. Belle contacted Paul (Christopher Sean), who discovered that those clues pointed toward a piazza that had once served as a convent belonging to the Holy Cross. The connection immediately brought the Celtic cross symbol back into focus. The property was now owned by Dominic Marino, who had also just purchased the Kiriakis estate.

In Italy, Chad and Belle investigate Dominic Marino’s home, but quickly discover that they are not the only people searching the property. Meanwhile, Philip, Sydney, and Dante face enormous pressure as the poker game reaches a critical point.

Holly asks Tate to help her with a troubling situation. Philip and Gabi discover that their dangerous gamble has actually worked in their favor. Xander, Brady, and Sarah compare the information each of them has uncovered. Johnny, meanwhile, feels increasingly cornered and realizes that he may have to take decisive action.
Wednesday, September 16, 2026 – Episode #15467
Theo remains suspicious of Johnny and continues questioning whether his cousin is hiding something important. Stephanie turns to Kayla and finally speaks openly about her emotions. Brady meets with Steve in hopes that the two can uncover additional answers. Lani begins considering what she truly wants from her future, while Sarah and Xander reflect on the complicated history they once shared.

Chad reacts negatively when Belle presents him with a suggestion he doesn’t particularly like. EJ receives an unexpected shock involving Sydney. Paulina seeks out Stephanie and asks her for guidance, while Theo decides to confide in Lani about the concerns that have been weighing on him.
Friday, September 18, 2026 – Episode #15469
EJ orders Rita to dig deeper and uncover everything she can about Dominic Marino. Ari listens while Holly shares her frustration and anger over Mason. Belle brings Marlena a newly discovered clue, while Chad questions Cat aggressively about what she knows. And in one final surprise, Sydney suddenly turns up in Salem.
