Then another unexpected development occurs when Dante arrives in Salem to visit Sydney.
His sudden appearance immediately creates new questions, particularly because of the growing mystery surrounding Dominic. Has Dante really come to town simply because he wants to spend time with Sydney, or could his arrival somehow be connected to the much larger situation developing behind closed doors?
Sydney may soon find herself trapped in the middle of something far more dangerous than she realizes.
Joy’s Plan Begins To Collapse
Joy’s carefully arranged scheme also begins showing serious signs of failure.
Her attempt to keep Alex emotionally attached to her depends almost entirely on preserving the false impression surrounding her condition. However, once Tate and Sarah become more involved in the situation, weaknesses in Joy’s story slowly begin to appear.
Things become even more threatening for Joy when Alex and Stephanie start spending additional time together.
The emotional bond between them appears to be growing stronger, which is precisely what Joy has been trying to prevent. If Alex eventually learns that Joy has manipulated both his emotions and his decisions, regaining his trust could become almost impossible.
Joy may now be running out of opportunities to keep her secret under control.
Alex And Stephanie Grow Closer
Even with all the turmoil happening around them, Alex and Stephanie continue finding opportunities to spend time together.

Philip, meanwhile, begins developing a new strategy as the pressure surrounding his own plans continues to intensify.
